Kat was pretty much note to self: don't leave Hawk unattended. Ever. Lord. Luckily enough, it was pretty easy to find Hawk, since they were marching her back to the cage and not in any way trying to hide. She blinked for a moment, staring. "...Christ."
The one that Hawk hit turned and hissed in her face, clearly totally annoyed. And then the other one was like HEY WHAT THE HELL at Kat, and then they were both confused, because they're really not that smart. D: why were people out of the cage oh man what was happening. NOBODY MOVE.

Oh he has no idea.
Kat would've waved hello to Hawk, 'cept she was busy taking advantage of the split second of surprise she still had left. Powers or no, she was taking them down. Hawk's kick helped, and Kat went after the other one.
Well now they were really confused and kind of didn't know what to do, so the pair of them dropped Hawk and kind of separated, still chittering at each other, although it was kind of crescendoing towards some more shrieking. oh god they're not good with prisoners how did they get here

Kat was mostly attempting to beat the crap out of the one, until it slipped through her fingers and fled with it's bro. They were like D: and Kat was like /fist shake.
She scowled as she watched them run back towards Mephisto, turning back to Hawk, not wanting to waste much more time. She moved quickly, pulling her com off her wrist, "Hawk, listen to me. You've got to go pick up all the runes, alright? Make sure you get them all. In like, five, maybe ten minutes, call Chelsea, and she'll come and pick you up."

"I am helping." Kat reached up, and yanked off her necklace before she gave that and the com to Hawk, and then pushed her back in the direction of the cages, "Tell him I'm sorry I lied. Get moving, we don't have much time." Mhmm, not so much, cause I guess whatever that whole demon council thing was talking about was almost done, cause they were getting louder again.

Woo, go Hawk, you get those runes.
Kat waited a moment to make sure that Hawk had listened to her, before she took off towards the hill again, disappearing over the top.
Nick had probably passed out, he was gonna feel pretty bad about all this later.

Assassin glanced at Hawk as she scrambled around to get all the runes. He didn't even bother to ask where Kat was because he already knew, which only made sitting in the cage a thousand times worse.

Assassin once more pulled off the same holder from his belt and dumped the daggers out of it, using it hold the runes. He attached it to his belt once more before even looking at the necklace. He picked it up, looking it over before shoving it into his pocket.

Suddenly, and without anything reminiscent of a warning, the stone bars that made up the cage sorta...crumpled. And powers came back! And I'm guessing the coms worked then, because...I don't know, magic interference before. YAY GOOD NEWS. "Hawk?" omg Eris hay<3
On the other hand, the noises over the hill got reaaaaaally quiet. And then there was a potentially Mephisto-esqe roar of absolute fury. Um. I'd venture that's Not Good News.

Assassin got up as the cage fell around him and went over to stand by Hawk.
"Have them come get us. I'm going to see..."
He paused, looking uncomfortable.
"I'm going to go see what happened. Stay with Nick."
He made his way to the top of the hill and unlike Hawk, he could probably stay there unnoticed without falling.
