Kane smiled... he was completely surrounded... "Isn't it obvious?" He cracked his neck. "Until none of one side is left." Not that he had an army to begin with. "Don't mask your holy war as anything loyal, pet... your brother was a despicable being who would as fast shake your hand as he would slip a dagger in your naked back." He prepared for them to attack him. "And now while pulling your string he will return stronger then ever... and finish the act that my mistake prevented."

Kane knelt down... and then with all of his might jumped high into the air. (yay matrix jump) As the ring around him converge a bit he came crashing down and in a mass of earth and bodies that initial wave of beasts spread out before a crater with Kane in the center.

Kane = falls back into portal... he stumbles before her looking well... like hell. He moved to his hands and knees. Trying to calm himself. He didn't know quite what to say... All that kept running through his mind was the ordeal with his wife and child zombie. He staggered upright...

Kane let out a little gasp... but naturally he embraced her back... he lightly weeped... after a moment of clarity... "Rose... I know you tried... I'm sorry." He grit his teeth a bit. He was in great pain. "I saw... him... he reached out for me..." He shook his head... "Then... I... I..." He choked a bit on his own spit...

He lightly exhaled. "Only... only the moment... that I... had to crush my boy's skull..." He had his reasons for wanting to remember Tanor bringing his wife to life... he had motives for why he had to remember him butchering his people. "Everything else... must remain. If I am to be any use to you in this war... I must be able to kill his men." He said with almost as much pain as he had calling out the name of his tormentor. "Rose... we will prevail... we will slay this monster... I promise..."

Rose nodded her head. She placed a hand to the side of his head and dug into the memory and eliminated it so he wouldn't have to remember it ever again. She pulled back then looked back to him. "I'll take your word for it. Do what you must." Rose had no major concern for Armok's well being anymore. In fact, she wanted to be on the frontlines now. More than ever.

The man instantly had a large weight removed from him. Rose could feel it. He... smiled. "you are a wonderful person, Rose..." But he was still covered in... his wife pretty much... "I'm sorry for putting you through this whole ordeal... and I will gladly live to make it up to you, no matter how long it takes. It is clear to me now... that without a family and clan of my own... This Shadow Clan... it is my new refuge." You feel the bond between Kane get stronger... he is now fully dedicated to the SC cause. The next time Armok strikes... things will be very very different. "I must look of a horror movie that Hawk has talked about..."

Rose smiled. "Somewhat." She didnt' think she was wonderful. She fucked a lot of things up tonight. "It's fine, Kane." She didn't need anything to be made up to her. Rose smiled some and nodded her head. "You do indeed. You need a shower."

He scratched his head. "well... you are to me... you continue to do everything you could to keep me happy. I saw you... sprinting at me to protect me from Tanor's evil deed. I will never forget that, Rose." He noticed he was kinda staining the floor. "Well... I suppose I should clean up... oh v.v... I do hope Kat will not be angry. She really got at me for what I did with the basket ball hoop."

She smiled sadly. "I was a bit late though." Just a little. "It will probably be for the best." A small smile tugged at her lips. "Just remind her what she did to the flight simulators and everything will be fine."

"I could say the same for you." She smiled at his cluelessness. "We have planes. And there's machines that can simulate flying and working with the machinery. Kat has butchered many of those simulators."

He let out a chuckle of his own... "I shall remember it for a key moment later." Another drip came from his face to the floor. "I should go... but I will see you again before the fall... I am looking forward to being at your side this time in battle." "I can't say much for sleeping well, but please do take care, Rose. Until we meet again." He began to walk off. "good night..." He felt as if he should do more for her... but that just wasn't like her... he waited to see if she wanted to have a hug for her own. He lightly hugged her as to not cover her in mess.

She nodded her head. "The feeling is mutual. You're a wonderful ally, Kane." She found herself nodding once more. "Goodnight Kane." She hugged him back and then watched him leave.
