Appearance:
A young man of no more than fourteen years old, with brown hair, hazel eyes, four cybernetic limbs, and a banged-up suit of body armor. He seems fairly innocent at a glance, but if you ever see him fight, you know he's anything other than that. During combat, or when he is expecting trouble, he wears something that is a combination of a gas mask and armored helmet to hide his face.Picture: Personality:
Cutlass is usually quiet, because he literally can't interact with the general populace, but when he talks, he is quiet because of his augmented voicebox.Personality:

Likes: At this point, anything that's unrelated to the corporation that put him in the super-soldier program. Also, killing people and breaking things. And looting.Powers:
Dislikes: The corporation that put him in the super-soldier program, and anything related to them, including products.
-Cybernetic limbs, chemical soldier boosts, and cerebral-cybernetic modifications. This translates to heightened senses, lowered reaction time, enhanced physical durability, and mildly quickened healing.Weaknesses:
-He has metal grafted onto his bones that haven't been replaced with cybernetic limbs, making it difficult to break them.
-Fingertips can release controlled microscopic 'needles' that inject different serum mixtures that can have a variety of effects. The mixture he uses most often is used for interrogations- It compels the subject to tell him anything they know that he wants to hear about, but it has to be truthful. This is just an example, but the mixtures could potentially have any effects at all. He just uses that one mixture most often, as an example. He could make something that renders you sterile, or an aphrodisiac. He could temporarily put you in a coma, he could make you blind for five minutes, etc. He has to be in physical contact with the subject for at least five full seconds to make it work, or the serum will fail to inject properly.
-He wears a helmet which provides him with certain benefits, including sight in other spectrums, and a built-in targeting system, allowing him to aim more accurately.
-His cybernetic limbs can be removed, which is incredibly painful. Tug with enough force, and they'll come off.Other Skills:
-His limbs are waterproofed, but he is afraid of water.
-Occasionally has involuntary 'muscle' twitches in his arms and legs. The twitches occasionally cause problems, but this is rare. Usually its just a minor annoyance.
-Only knows a little bit of any kind of language. Specifically, the words related to combat operations. He literally cannot speak like a normal person because he was never taught. He knows a few phrases he was taught with the express intent of being 'scary.' Examples include: "You will quake at my shadow." "One chance is all I need." and "Hello. Time to die." When dealing with otherworldly entities, the desired effects likely would not be achieved.
-His voice is electronically altered due to his voicebox specifically having augmentations intended to make it 'scarier.'
-INSANELY good marksman. You could hand him any kind of firearm, and he'd know it like the back of his hand. He could hit a fly forty miles away in a 50 mph wind blindfolded and shooting without looking.History:
-Knows how to repair his own cybernetic limbs in the event of damages. He usually has a small pack of spare parts in case his limbs wear out.
-Can read body language extremely well. If someone's happy, nervous, angry, or getting ready to attack, he'll know.
Adam Starbird was initially kidnapped at Age 2 for the sake of undergoing indoctrination in a super-soldier program being run by a multi-national corporation called Boulder Industries. The corporation does everything from fast food to military defense contracts. One of the company's divisions was working on a super-soldier program.Other Characters: None
Over the years, he was slowly augmented using cybernetics, long-term chemical enhancements, and cerebral/cybernetic grafts, to the point where his body is more metal than flesh-and-bone. Between that and his long-term military training, he was a more capable soldier than the average Delta Force operative by Age 10. This came at the cost of more academic subjects, like speech, reading and writing, math, etc.
Whenever Cutlass failed to succeed in a training objective EXACTLY AS HE WAS TOLD, he was beaten and denied food for the day. His captors hoped to instill fear of failure in him this way.
At Age 13, deciding he didn't like it anymore, he broke out and escaped, killing three other members of his training pod(called Cadres)during his escape. He's been on the run from mercenaries in the company's employ ever since.
