"Oh, well, just crush all my hopes and dreams at once." Daaaaaaamn, she might be reduced to watching TV. And everyone knows there's nothing good on TV ever.

"That is what I am here for. Dream killing." He came close to rolling his eyes at her but refrained.

"Yeah, I know, it's your only joy in life." Kat stuck her tongue out at Assassin, pivoting on her heel to face and walk towards the door. One could only stand in the kitchen for so long.

Assassin smirked. "How did you guess?" He watched her for a moment. "Going to go read?"

"No, I plan on hitting my head against the wall a few hundred times." Bleh. "Besides, I don't have any good books left." Of course, she only had like 5 books in her room, but who had time for reading anyways?

"I would not put it pass you." He gave her another look and followed her out of the kitchen.

"Oh, please. Kat can't read, we all know that." ^_^ GDR stepped into the kitchen, ready for sammich tiem. "She just turns the pages and moves her eyes."

"Aw, hey, it's my favourite moron!" Kat waved in a falsely cheerful manner. Hooo boy. GDR better watch out, because Kat was just dying for anything that resembled conflict. She shot Assassin a glance, wrinkling her nose. "I'd be offended if it wasn't so true."

Assassin looked between the two before focusing on GDR. "...why have you not left yet?"

GDR looked a little bit confused after giving Kat a sarcastic nod, as if thinking that, up until now, he had assumed everyone bought his orphan story. "... I told you, I dun have anywhere else to live. Besides, it's not like I can just hike back to the city. This place is in the middle of shit-nowhere." He wrinkled his nose. He hated the wide open woods, where everything looked the same. The city was so unique by comparison.

"I vote we kick him out into the forest. I figure those eyes gotta be hungry or something." Kat didn't seem to get along with any sort of new recruit-y type person, did she?
Although that was entirely their own fault, clearly.

"Do not think that because you have won over Lady Hawk's sympathy that you have gained any from us. Kat is correct, we should just leave you out in the forest."

"Okay, A) I'm really, really bored, so watching you get eaten would really brighten my night, so I suggest you keep your smart ass mouth to yourself. And B) I still vote we do it for the hell of it." GDR was sooooo not making any friends here.

"I am obligated to follow Lady Hawk's orders but I am of the opinion that you are not trust worthy and should be kicked out as soon as possible. If you can prove to me otherwise, I will rethink my views on you."

GDR rolled his eyes, ignoring Kat's tough-guy syndrome. "What do you expect me to do, save someone from the brink of death? I mean, it's not like I can just do tha--- oh, oh wait, I DID."
(Sorry, I flubbed up the last statement.)

(LIES)
Kat made a disgusted/annoyed face, silently wishing she could just punch him or something. Guh. This was all so frustrating in so many different ways, most of which had nothing to do with GDR at all. Stupid Eris and her stupid getting in trouble, she had been trying to forget that. ><
SPEAKING OF WHOM, Eris emerged out from the kitchen again, lured out by the loud voices and the talking and such. She blinked at the rather odd assembly, GDR facing off against Kat and Assassin. Oh dear.

Assassin raised an eyebrow and folded his arms. He gave GDR a slight look before glancing at Kat. "We can tolerate him until he slips up, Kat." Eventually GDR's nature would be shown the the Clan and that would be the only time they would be justified in kicking him out.

GDR crossed his arms, closed his eyes, and smiled smugly. "I won't slip up. I save who I want. I'm GDR. I do what I want."

"Pfffft, says you." Kat harrumphed, but didn't have a lot of choice in the matter in the end, didn't she? 'Cause she wasn't the leader, that was AFR's job, and he was off making out with Rose in a dark corner.
oops, her bitterness was showing.
Eris crept around GDR, sort of in between the stand off. She shot a glance at Kat who only returned it with an exasperated half-glare...which only served to further confuse her. >.o What had she done?!
