Rose felt bad for leaving Kat alone. Kat had busied herself with decorating, so Rose found room to sneak away. She was just here to check on him. That's it. Rose slipped out of her portal and was inside the base in no time.

AFR was in Armok's ER room... stack of paper work on a desk as he over saw for any sort of improvement... but nothing seemed to help. He had heard of the happenings of the night before when he was... occupied... The battle for his mind would be long and tedious... when the players arrived they were ready to act.

-Sanctus is rubbing his temples. He has turned Armok's ICU room into an armory of sorts, with all of his weapons polished and ready. Two white robed priests of some sort are there as well, chatting with one another in the corner of the room quietly... probably because of the two demonologists not ten yards away from them-

Rose walked through the halls, capturing strange glances as she went along. She paused outside of Armoks door, biting her lower lip. Something was wrong. With a small push of confidence, she slipped inside. Her eyes ran over everyone in the room before settling on Armok himself.

AFR grabbed Spite from the desk and put it in it's holster. He put his hand up to call Sanctus off. He looked to Rose... he half smiled. "I was afraid you wouldn't even show... the game is on... we are going in for his mind." He nodded to Sanctus. "Explain to her what is going on while I gather the rest of the party." AFR got on his comlink. "Bianca, Hikari. It's time..."

Rose didn't smile. Her worrying and stress was showing in her appearance. She was tired. And slightly dissheveled. Rose tied her hair up as she looked to Sanctus, awaiting his explanation.

-Sanctus puts Whisper back on the medical tray, then nods-
Well, it isn't good. Tanor infected my demon arm with something...
-He glares at it hatefully, then looks back to Rose-
Nikita and I both got Armok's body good. The stress and shock made him lock himself off even further from the world... and then my demon fist did something. I hit him, and the infection left me. I believe it infected Armok, and now his soul is in Hell.
-Sanctus stands, starting to gear up-
I owe him my life now, and I hate owing him a damn thing, so I will do this. Yesterday, his body... reacted... and the shadows in the room went berserk. When we got his hand open, he was holding an infernal shard. With the assistance of these demonologists, we've established that Armok is somewhere in Hell, in a layer of the Abyss that is known as the home of fallen pagan angels, creatures of darkness, and somewhere... the home of the demon that started the Everhate line.

AFR cracked his neck and looked ready. "It won't be easy... but nothing ever is... this is the shadow clan. Baby, it's interesting this should be your first assignment as an officer... if you ever wanted to know what we could have to do... this is it. You're going to be in hell... stay close to the others... we only have what you see." He was a bit worried about her being there, but not by much... no more then he was for anyone else. "Are we all ready?" He looked at each person looking for protest.

Hikari just kept a watch on them all. The shadows were more or less chaotic then before. Their screams echoed through her mind.

Bianca smirked. "Hell, huh?" She pulled out a beautifully made crossbow and kissed it. "Nothing could be worse." She then walked over to AFR and kissed him on the cheek. "Let's go save him from whatever trouble he got himself in to." Cause y'all can't possibly believe Armok's just there chilling.

Rose frowned some, listening to Sanctus. For some reason, she felt a nice wave of guilt hit her. She shook it off and glanced at Bianca for a moment. "I'm sure she'll be fine AFR. If she's tough enough for Armok to strike a deal with, she'll do wonderfully down there." She folded her arms and nodded.

He'll want this. And somebody needs to bring him Soulreaver.
-He eyes the demonic blade cautiously, then tosses the shoufa to AFR-
I think... I'm the only one that can touch that damn sword.

AFR returned the kiss. "Have some fun with it, baby." AFR smirked. "Hey now, Rose. No more digging... you might catch a snag of something you don't want to see in there." he wagged his finger at her. "It's really good to have you... but it's no time for reunion... we all have a job to do. Get Bro's mind back from the grips of hell... This is the moment we all trained for. Let's fight for him proudly. " He grabbed the shoufa. "When ever you're ready Sanctus... let's open this up..."

-Aubrey is already sitting just outside of the perimeter wall, leaning against it. Four pistols adorn his thighs, and one is holstered to each boot. His wristblades shine in the floodlights as he waits. Four demonologists have prepared a huge pentagram on the ground, and there are several of the Blacksun Mercenari studying them intently... with high caliber, holy-water slugs locked and loaded-

-Sanctus nods his head to AFR, then walks over to Soulreaver. He stares at the blade for a moment... then reaches out with his demon hand. The minute his hand touches the sword, the shadows in the room go deathly quiet. The sword's eye opens, slowly... and fixates on Sanctus-
...
-He lifts the blade, shaking his head-
This one whispers in my mind... terrible things. Let us be done with this, I can't stand to hold this blade much longer.
-Sanctus gestures for them to follow, and a few minutes later, they are all studying the same pentagram as Aubrey-

Hikari was at the front of the group. She hated not being able to shadow step in the base. It was so annoying at this point. She was used to shadow stepping everywhere. Her eyes locked onto Aubrey for a second before she looked at the pentagram. Hikari may or may not still have a nice black eye. Stupid Kharne.

Bianca strolled out with style. She worked for the Shadow Clan full time now and as a full time ass kicking General, she needed to look as such. Her eyes glanced at the giant sword Sanctus carried. It even gave her chills. "I don't even think I like looking at it."

"Trust me, dear, as soon as I stepped into the base, I knew." Oh Rose wasn't discreet at all. "Congrats." She teased gently. Rose followed Sanctus out, silent now. She glanced at the pentagram warily.

AFR shook his head. "Don't tease like I shouldn't be happy. At least someone else noticed it tho. Wasn't like I could hide it all that well." He seriously glowed all damn day. He approached the Pentagram. "Beyond this door enters a ring of hell unknown to the christian faith. Time is of the essence... no telling if it's very nature itself could attack those of earthly origins..." He twirled his guns... he smiled at Bianca. "See you on the other side, Baby." He would go in first.
On the other side the darkness was almost thick enough to cut, but light trickled through what looked like a forest made of tar to provide as little aid as possible. The ground was covered in a black shadowy fog... and inside wherever you looked two red eyes were looking back at you. Always seeming to come closer without a single sound. The eyes moved upward and began taking humanoid and almost animalistic figures at the same time.
