Rose kicked a trash can as hard as she could "Fuck!" She was just mad really. She was holding it together though. She ran a hand through her hair and picked up Kat's bag.

She headed for a hotel, trying to find a place where she could check herself and Kat in now. Not like that would come easy. The Shadow Clan was on blast and they were still connected to all this bullshit.

Assassin shook his head, running a hand through his hair roughly.
"I'm going to get some rest. If you want to go there, I'll meet up with you tomorrow."
He turned on his heel quickly to enter his room and lock the door behind himself.

She tried to pull away, but in the end Hikari just wants to be held. Her eyes close as his words enter her ears. A breath escapes her lips and Hikari wraps her arms around him. Maybe he was right and she should cast away the human emotions. Would it make things easier?

Kaimu finishes her dinner and smiles. "That's good." Not like she could do much about the taint. Even the teen didn't really know what to do. She couldn't see it or smell it, but she knew that something was wrong by the way AFR and Rose talked about her a few days ago.

Nick looked kinda tired overall, "I said I was waiting to hear what happened." WHICH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

The men working at the rubble all scramble for weapons, thinking Armok was about to start blowing up hordes of Tanor's minions... and saw no minions. They slowly went back to what they were doing, knowing better than to even ask. The roar was as much a dirge as the keening howl of a lone wolf-

<hawk was like oy and went to go hug nick> look...armok came and pretty much stripped kat of everythin'...he put a hit out on her...and we've got a couple of days to figure out who's side we're on...kat and rose left to try to hide out and i'm pretty sure isaac's gonna head to armok's to try to help kat...<shrugs> x.X gonna go hang out with lianne huh??

Kat found Rose a few minutes later, obviously panting and about as sweaty as a panther could manage. Her emotions felt reduced, and simplified, but that's only because she was pretending to be an animal.
Eris slammed her fist down on the counter, cracking it and glaring holes in the side of Nick's head, much like she had been doing since the first announcement went out, "Armok has never been my leader, and I will not bow to those who believe they can force my hand. I chose neither, and I want to leave now."
Nick just kinda wrapped his arms around Hawk and kissed the top of her head, "I'll take you in a minute then." GOOD GOD WOMAN HOLD ON.

Rose shifted her fingers, curling her lip slightly at the cracking noise they made. She punched a wall and broke her hand. Her knuckles were bruised and bloody. She rolled her shoulders and looked down at Kat. "I'm hard put to find us somewhere to stay right now. But I will find somewhere."

She held onto him tightly. She was mad at him still, but she wasn't at the same time. Her mind felt like it was going to explode. Yet, his lullabies calmed her. Hikari breathed slowly. "You never answered me," she said quietly, still needing to know why he stopped torturing her.

Kat let out a low rumble, keeping her eyes and ears open for anything that might look like a less than reputable place to stay for the night. And I'm sure there were plenty of those.
