"I believe this issue is even far more complicated than we realize. Yet, Armok has stated his position and we are playing by his rules now..."
He gave her a strange look and sighed.
"All I know for the moment is that our hand has been forced and we must take action as it becomes necessary."

Kat sat in silence for a moment after he was finished speaking, before she straightened herself out abruptly, untangling her legs from the chair, reaching over for her computer because she felt like she should be doing something, "I would've given it back if he asked nicely." Yeah somebody needs to teach Armok some manners goddamn.
Nick laughed into Hawk's hair, shaking his head a little, "No, no...not really." Besides you know war and stuff, but Nick was pretty sure Hawk didn't want to talk about that, "Anything new with you?"
