"Because I hate people, remember?" That always seemed to be a good enough reason to stay in for him. "I'll admit though, it's not bad...at least they have a little bit of everything on here." He said, looking through the menu.

"Oh yeah." Kat sat back in her chair, looking over the menu, "I always forget it's your fault I'm stuck inside all the time." Because it was so totally his fault.

"I'm fairly certain I'm not in charge of keeping you entertained. You have other friends for that." He told her. "Or you could just start enjoying the library more."

"Really? I always thought boyfriend was synonymous with court jester." Kat sighed mockingly, lowering the menu away from her face, "So much wasted time."

The troops walked into the base and headed for the lower grounds. Six officers were given the task of escorting one, plain looking, man to the holding cells below. He looked broken down and exhausted. Chains that were being pulled along connected at his legs, his arms, his neck and around his waist. Each officer was in control of a single restraint, and none of them seemed too up to the task. As they turn a corner they all pass the common space he couldn't help but to look around for signs of life. His yellow eyes caught the glimpse of a girl. He gave her a steady glance from behind his disheveled black hair before getting shoved forward.

Eris blinked, glancing up from her magazine, wondering first who the hell had dragged a prisoner by the looks of it into the private living quarters and not straight down to the basement, and second why the hell he was looking at her because that was creepy as all fuck. Tossing her magazine onto the coffee table, she unfolded herself from the couch, moving to the doorway, "The cells are downstairs, and none of you have permission to be up here." And she didn't want to be the one to tell Kat that someone was traipsing prisoners all up in her space.

The guards looked at her with dismay.
"Sorry, we're new... and the base isn't like what we're used to." He apologized. Another chimed in.
"Don't worry about it. He's harmless." The bigger officer holding the prisoner by the neck restraint assured.
The man growled with his eyes at the cocky officer. A tattoo on his arm of a dragon tinted green and started to chomp at the bit in anticipation. "That's not what your leader said, and I'm sure your fallen brothers would beg to differ." A crooked smile crossed his lips.
The officer gripped his restraint and yanked at it like a dog, but the man didn't budge. "I don't know why we didn't just waste this guy like the other hostiles... Lord Armok better know what he's doing here." The officer complained.

Eris barely resisted rolling her eyes, "I can barely read, and even I know you're on the third floor. The stairs to the basement are just beyond the kitchen, and I would suggest that you move quickly. Kat is rather fond of her base." Seriously. Giving the prisoner another look over, she didn't say much else, although she did perk an eyebrow at the Lord Armok, "Hm."

As much as the officers were done with the man's antics he wasn't quite done making this as difficult as possible. As they all walk forward he stood his ground and 6 men all found themselves held back by a guy just standing there. They pulled on their chains, but the man just didn't move. More tattoos on his skin began to animate. "What's the rush?" The man asked mockingly. Officers up front pulled their guns on him and aimed, but not to fire. The man laughed. "Ah,... you have orders don't you? Well if you are looking to intimidate me with weapons you can't even use we are going to be here a while."
An officer itched on the trigger. "And if not for those orders, we'd take great pleasure in putting you out of our misery."
The man looked back to Eris. "Tell them to let me make my own way to those cells or they will die. Maybe they'll listen to you."

Eris glanced down at her nails, looking somewhat annoyed now, because she had a feeling this was going to devolve quickly and she was going to be left to explain why the hallway was destroyed. "Or you could simply cooperate instead of making this whole ordeal harder than it needs to be. Of course, you won't do that, and I will probably be forced to subdue you, and then explain to the Lady of the Clan why you felt the need to destroy our hallway. She will, of course, not be pleased about that, and likely come and threaten you a few times before commuting your sentence to something much harsher than originally intended." She yawned, scratching the back of her neck and sliding a hidden dagger out of the sleeve of her sweater. "First though, you will probably laugh at the thought that a girl can 'kick your ass', as I believe the colloquial term for it is." She gave him another harsh once over, her mood steadily going south, "They may be under orders not to kill you, but I do not answer to Lord Armok and though I am not fond of it, I am more than capable."

The man shrugged. "If you care to die with them, it's no skin off my nose. I gave you the chance and you squandered it."
The officers spoke their objections. Not long afterward the man brought his arms together and then as they came apart the chain holding his arms together broke apart in pieces. He then crouched down and leaped up leading with his freed arms and barreled through the ceiling above nearly taking the officers still hanging onto the chains with him. The officers held on and the lead one screamed for order. "Bring him back down!" They all braced themselves to pull, but instead they got pulled up at once and slammed into the ceiling above the hole the prisoner made. The sound of a few more snaps of chain and the prisoner returned to that floor and looked at Eris. "If you are not in the death lord's beck and call just turn away from this." He didn't seem to want to hurt the girl. She didn't do anything to him... yet."

Eris groaned inwardly, looking towards the ceiling as plaster rained down, muttering to herself, "She was going to be in such a good mood, I was going to ask to go shopping in Tokyo next weekend." But NOOOO, had to come and kill shit. Eris pushed away from the doorway, her annoyed expression only getting more pronounced, "Why must you people always make things so difficult?" People were seriously the worst thing, no wonder she preferred to spend most of her time alone. With a blindingly quick flick of her wrist, she threw out her dagger, aiming to wound for the moment. "And why must people be so stupid?" Seriously, he should never have even been up on this floor to begin with, and now there was a hole in the ceiling. uifhsdiufhasfui. With another movement not much beyond a twitch, she produced more stiletto knives out of her sleeves, because she had long since learned that only stupid people traveled with the SC unarmed.

Her aim was true and nicked the prisoner's shoulder. He growled before making his choice to flee. He knelt down and uprooted the carpet, which he promptly yanked out from under Eris hoping to cause enough of a distraction to make his escape. "Take it up with that leader. He's got the cash to pay for the repairs like he had the cash to fund my country's end." Then he grabbed for a table and with little effort tossed it at the off balance girl. He had weapons alright. Anything that wasn't bolted down... in fact some things that were bolted down were in his arsenal and probably more effective.

Eris leapt into the air the moment before the carpet rippled beneath her, landing hard on all fours. Barely pausing to take a breath, she lashed out with the remaining knives in her hand, this time aiming for his face, "If you wished to trash Armok's belongings, they are downstairs." Seriously, gtfo.

The man ducked as daggers wizzed over his head. He weighed the options here and turned to run for daylight. "I think I'll just leave you to explain this mess." He began out towards where they brought him in. He charged towards a hallway to encounter more guards. Guess they got word of the break. He sighed. "step aside... pretty please?"

Weird that he's running for daylight considering it's dark out >.> But okay~
Eris scowled, picking up a piece of the broken table before she lunged at Kane, looking to club him around the head. Which may or may not knock him out, but mostly she was just trying to hit him now. "Will you please shut up?" HELL NAH SHE WAS NOT EXPLAINING THIS MESS FUCK THAT NOISE.
