D: I don't like that look Mephisto's got on his face HE KNOWS SOMETHING YOU DON'T KNOW MAYBE probably he usually does. He reached out again, coming back with Zander literally by his shirt collar and handing him to Chelsea. Who didn't stop her cursing, but it was kind of muffled since she was holding Zander so tight.
Nick took a cautious half-step forward towards Mephisto, "Let them go." Mmkay?

Mephisto grinned, "On the count of three, then?" You know, just to make it fair.
Kat frowned, peeking through the bush that they were apparently hiding in, "We need these in a circle..." Cause, you know, she totally brought all the runes with them and stuff.
Annnnd Nick was gonna let Assassin do the negotiating, cause he was pretty good at it.

-Armok yawned, cracking his back as he rose from his position of rest on the roof. A gust of wind brushed against him gently, and he almost smiled. He works his way down to the lobby, then walks outside. The nightlife is bustling around him, if it could even be considered the nightlife yet.

Mephisto didn't wait much for two, cause nearly the second Assassin had let go of Nick, he moved, shoving Chelsea and co out of the way, appearing in front of Nick with a grin still plastered on his face, "Thanks in advance." D: OH NOEZ
Kat was totally right behind Hawk, LETS DO THIIIIS
D: Nick missed his soul already ow.

Assassin muttered something as Mephisto appeared, reaching for Nick again, most likely out of instinct to pull him back. He watched as Kat and Hawk appeared and hoped that Eris was getting the other three out of the area.

Mm, yeah, about that, not so much with the teleporting thing. "Where was I? Oh, right. Two." Mephisto clapped his hands together in a way that was totally jovial, except for that it sent out a shockwave that was designed to mostly knock everyone over. And, you know, short circuit powers. YAY FUN TIMES.
Kat was GOING to pray, but then there was that shockwave thing and that sent her for a spin. She'll get back to you in a second, Hawk, okay?
And that was a negative on the teleporting >.> Nick didn't even have a chance to answer. Boo.
