HAWK ATTACK. o.o Kat blinked, edging towards the coffee maker, "Well yeah, I said I'd be back for Christmas..." Apparently he hadn't told anybody that. And she had kind of missed that too. So, you know. "I can't stay away, you know that."

Assassin walked into the kitchen after a moment, rubbing his arms to get warm again after getting hit with the cold when Kat left. He looked between the two before grabbing a cup of coffee and taking a drink.

Assassin took another sip of coffee before turning stiffly on his heel and walking back out of the kitchen. He shook his head somewhat and pulled his phone out of his pocket before going around the corner.

Assassin spoke quietly on the phone in the hallway, not saying much but letting whoever was on the other line do the talking. He was also keeping an ear out to see when the coast was clear back in the kitchen.
